The Creighton Model System (CrMS) is based on over 30 years of research conducted by Dr. Hilgers and co-workers (http://www.popepaulvi.com/ ) in the field of reproductive medicine, and allows women to understand their fertility and value, monitor and maintain it.

As a consequence of this scientific research, a new science has developed, called NaProTechnology, which stands for Natural Procreative Technology.​
Through NaProTechnology new hope is given to couples who suffer from infertility, who can be treated without going through artificial fertilization.
It is extremely helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of medical issues such as:

Hi, my name is Stefania.

I am a FertilityCare practitioner certified through the Saint Pope Paul VI Institute.
I work with couples or women that wish to better understand their fertility teaching them the Creighton Model System, a natural method for fertility appreciation.
Having a personal experience of going through many years of infertility, I have a special care for women experiencing this same challenge in their lives and I help them get to the root cause of their condition through charting their menstrual cycle and addressing those cues that most of the times lead to identifying a problem that can be solved.

I am also a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sear Wellness Institute, and I love to support women in changing their lifestyle -how they eat, how they live and think - in a way that will deeply impact their wellbeing now and contribute greatly to restoring their fertility.
